Creativity. Connection. Community. Three words synonymous with Toowoomba Fashion Festival.
Back for its third consecutive year, the celebrated regional style event returns to the Garden City of Toowoomba, Queensland — once again igniting the city with local talent and iconic runway moments.
Over the past few years, Toowoomba Fashion Festival has carved out a meaningful place within the Queensland fashion landscape. Bringing together models, designers and passionate businesses not only from the Garden City, but from Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Cairns and Melbourne, the festival continues to bridge regional charm with national creativity.
Co-founded by Julz McBain and Christel Ryley with a simple yet powerful mission — to put regional fashion on the map — the festival has evolved into a platform for emerging designers to showcase innovative collections, while giving local models the opportunity to step confidently onto the runway and shine.
Returning to the elegant Empire Theatre in the heart of the city on March 21, the countdown is officially on. Designers and models alike are preparing to deliver the ultimate fashion spectacle. And this Saturday 21st of February, they will gather under one roof for the highly anticipated 2026 Fittings Day.

It is here that designers refine silhouettes, meet their selected models, and place the final touches on garments that the 2026 cohort will debut on the runway next month. Fittings Day marks a pivotal moment in the festival calendar — where vision becomes tangible and fabric meets form in the very best ways, transforming preparation into runway-ready reality.
Stay tuned as we unveil the talented cohort of models and designers shaping the 2026 Toowoomba Fashion Festival.
